Seeded Grapes
I saw an article today written by Mike Adams “Grapeseed Extract Kills 76% of Leukemia Cancer Cells in 24 Hours”.  Mike Adams says: ”If the results demonstrated in the labs at the University of Kentucky can be replicated in humans, it could potentially position grapeseed extract as one of the most powerful natural chemotherapeutic agents yet discovered. Grapeseed extract has been studied and demonstrated to be remarkably effective at killing cancer cells for many different types of cancer, by the way, including cancers of the breast, prostate, lung, skin bowel and stomach”.
Many research presentations, publications and abstracts have reported the health benefits regarding grape seed extract focusing on areas related to antioxidant activity, cardiovascular health, gastric health and anti-inflammatory properties.
Grape seeds, grape skin, and grape juice contain several types of polyphenols, including resveratrol, phenolic acids, anthocyanins, and flavonoids.
Resveratrol appears to decrease the risk of heart disease, reduces the number of fat cells and is an excellent candidate for use as a cancer-preventive agent in prostate, lung, liver and breast cancer.
I like grapes and I eat only the kind that has seeds in them. I also use Grape Seed Oil in all of my cooking and baking.
Now I started using grapes in my shakes and the taste of this shake is out of this world.
Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) are extremely high in Omega 3 and are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Chia seeds can be eaten raw as a dietary fiber and omega 3 supplement.

Sesame seeds
are a very good source of copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1 and zinc. In addition, sesame seeds are a good source of both dietary fiber and monounsaturated fats. They come in a host of different colors, depending upon the variety, including white, yellow, black and red.
